NTT DATA Global company is re-unified in October 2022, integrated NTT's global business. Migration is in progress for Cloud, Data center and Network into NTT DATA's system integration business.

Nao Yoshida, President and CEO As a Japanese subsidiary of an American-affiliated company, we have steadily grown as a leader amongst Japanese clients mainly dealing with SAP ERP solution. In the last five years, we have expanded rapidly by venturing into the European Automotive business and outsourcing business through the acquisition of Dell Services. Thus, we can say that our company is showing "top-up" business growth. We appreciate the continuous and consistent client show of support to the services provided by global team. As mentioned before, our company has no border boundaries. We have been able to provide services to our clients as a result of excellent teamwork between our team and development centers with dynamic workplace facilities. We look forward to hearing from you. Joined NTT DATA Global Services (NGS) in 2020 after my assignment in NTT DATA Corporation for last 4 years in Tokyo. Before that, I worked in NTT DATA Malaysia, thus I worked for NTT DATA Group for a total of 16 Years + a little more. NGS is completely a global team and it provides a platform for individuals like us to connect and be part of the global members as we take part on global assignments and work with diverse, multi-dimensional teams opportunities worldwide. Ms. Noa Ikai, Associate Consultant 中学、高校時代は中国に住んでいて、大学の専攻は完全に文系です。IT経験０から始まり、研修を経てSAPコンサルタントの資格を取得しました。入社1年目からプロジェクト最前線で仕事をしており、業務部門のお客様と話す機会も豊富にあります。担当プロジェクトではインド、アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、東南アジアなど、様々な国にメンバーが在籍しています。ローカルチームのサポートとして海外出張する機会も沢山あります。若手でも裁量をもってグローバルに働けることがNGSの魅力の一つです。

We are rather young company as we made re-unification in 2019 among 4 different company origins. We are continuously expanding our team, just in 2 years, 60 members newly joined our team of professionals. Members in their 20’s are rapidly increased, from 5% in Feb 2019 to 20% in Oct 2023.
