how you worked together with others
how you grew through those experiences

We don’t place value on the scale of the results, but on each individual’s process of change and growth.

These kinds of experiences will surely become valuable assets once you enter the workforce.

Even if you feel that you don’t yet have an experience you can be confident in, it’s never too late.
Take advantage of this time as a university student to actively challenge yourself with new experiences.

We believe that the accumulation of these experiences will eventually empower you to create irreplaceable “pieces of memories” for each and every guest in the future.

その経験の中で“あなたがどう考えて、どう行動したか”です。

たとえ大きな経験がなくても、例えば日常の中で

・なぜそれをやろうと思ったのか
・うまくいかなかった時にどう考えたか
・次にどう行動を変えたか

といった部分は、十分アピールになります。

実際に仕事でも大切になるのは、
“自分で考えて動けるか”や“周りと関わりながら成長できるか”なので、
特別な経験があるかどうかよりも、そのプロセスを見ています。

なので、ぜひ『すごい経験を話さなきゃ』ではなくて、
『自分なりに考えて動いたこと』を自信を持って話してもらえたら嬉しいです。
